Twelve seats. No pitch deck. We're looking for honesty, not polish.
What we look for
- Builders
- You're making something real — a company, a fund, art, a body of work — and you can show it.
- Self-awareness
- You know what drives you and what drains you, and you can talk about both.
- Generosity
- You'll leave something for the room: honesty, help, a good toast.
